Oasis Incentives and Tours LLC is established to simplify the process of Incentive Group
bookings to Sultanate of Oman and being a one stop shop for all your Visas and Immigration
services, hotel bookings, transport & excursions, F&B and M.I.C.E requirements. OI acts as an
agent on behalf of service providers and the respective Government Offices and
Consulates/Embassies are the Data Controllers.

How do we collect information about you?
We obtain information about you when you use our website or use our services, for example, when you apply for visas, hotel bookings, transfers and excursions.

What type of information is collected from you?
We only collect the information that is required by the Government authorities in order to submit the application or provide a requested service.
Some examples of the types of data that may be collected:
Personal data: Such as, name, national identity number, nationality, gender, details of your travel document (e.g. passport or ID), email address, telephone number and postal address, place, date of birth.
Sensitive Personal data: Religion, marital status, Photographs
Third persons: Children, parents name, spouse name, employers’ details, someone who gives a personal reference, residence address.
Communication data: Contact details, emails, mobile phone number.
Payment’s data: Payment card details, bank account details.

How is your information used?
OI will only use your personal information for the specific application/booking process.
We may use your information to:

o Book an appointment with any Government authorities or Embassies or
Consulates as requested by you;
o Book hotel stays, excursions, transfers as requested by you;
o To assist you in your Visas and Immigration service application;
o To validate who you say you are;
o To enable you to track the progress of your application;
o To provide you with additional services that you request;
o To seek your views or comments on the services we provide;
o With your permission, to send you communications which you have requested
and that may be of interest to you.

? How long do we hold on to your data for?
We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations (for example;invoices for taxation legislation). We will hold your personal information on our systems only
for the minimum time as is necessary for the relevant activity as mandated Any other paper, hard copies, forms or other records containing personal information will be destroyed by a secure process within thirty (30) days of your application process is completed.
Who has access to your information?
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. We may share your personal information with companies belonging/working to/ with OI where it is necessary for the processing of your requests or to deliver an additional service you have requested.

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly consented. You can withdraw this consent at any time by updating your account preferences on-line where applicable.

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf
We may pass your information to our third-party service providers, agents subcontractors and other associated organizations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf .However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires
them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes. Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties beyond the OI network for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes, unless you have given us permission to do so.

We work closely with a small number of third-party product providers to bring you a range of
