• Cancellations will be made effective from the day they are received by us in writing.
• Verbal cancellation requests will not be entertained.
• Costs are incurred from the moment your booking is confirmed.
• Cancellation charges payable to us would be dependent on how many hours prior to service delivery the cancelation request is received.
• Specific and individual cancellation conditions are informed to you with our quotations.
• In circumstances where travel arrangements are curtailed or amended due to Force Majeure, we will endeavor to do our best to recover and refund you as much as possible.
• No refunds / returns are permitted post usage or departure.
